Price is emailed and texted on booking, ensuring you are aware pre-delivery. For urgent same day deliveries please call or text.

  • For multiple dates, submit ONE request, type other dates in comments.
  • If you haven’t received confirmation within 12hrs then its unlikely we have received your booking. Contact us again via email/ph.
  • Ensure trees / vegetation are cut back from driveways (minimum of 3.5m wide and 4m high).
  • Check your tank and be sure its not a pump issue or a leak. If we are on our way or arrive and are unable to deliver safely, or tanks are full, full costs will still apply even if we cant discharge the water.
  • You are buying 10,000 litres per load, but our tankers carry 500-1000 litres extra to allow for any leakage.
