We would like to advise that, effective from Midnight Wednesday 25/3/26 onwards for all water deliveries, and with immediate effect for all bulk deliveries, a Fuel Adjustment Fee (FAF) of 14.26% will be applied to all invoices. This will apply only to the cartage portion of the delivery, and not the water supply portion, or product supply portion.

For ease of processing and payment, the FAF applied to water deliveries will be rounded down to a whole dollar amount. As a general guide, this will equate to approximately an additional $30 on a $290 invoice & $45 on a $380 invoice.

This adjustment is a temporary measure in response to current elevated fuel prices. While fuel costs have been increasing for some weeks now, we have done our best to absorb these increases until now. However, it is now necessary to introduce this fee to help ensure the continued safe operation, reliability, and maintenance of our delivery vehicles and equipment.

We remain committed to keeping our pricing as low as possible and understand the impact of current cost of living pressures. We will continue to do everything we can to support our customers during this time. We are a registered supplier with MSD to support customers who may be eligible for financial assistance with water deliveries, and we encourage anyone experiencing difficulty to explore this option.

Please note that this fee will be reviewed weekly in line with the national fuel price table published by Z Energy.
