Professional Drinking-Water Delivery

When drinking water is required, we collect from registered supplies and transport it in food-grade stainless-steel water tankers using documented operating procedures.

Controlled Sources

Available drinking water is collected from registered sources selected around the delivery location and operational requirements.

Purpose-Built Tankers

Food-grade stainless-steel tanker equipment supports hygienic transport for household and commercial drinking-water delivery.

Delivery Traceability

Electronic job and delivery records support traceability of the source, location, volume, timing, carrier and driver.

Prepare for the Water Tanker

Even during an urgent delivery, our driver must be able to enter, operate and leave safely. Preparing the property may prevent avoidable delays.

Clear the route

Open gates, move vehicles and remove avoidable obstacles. Standard access should provide approximately 3.5 metres of clear width and 4 metres of clear height.

Protect people and animals

Keep children away from the vehicle operating area and secure dogs, livestock and other animals before the tanker arrives.

Identify the tank

Make the correct tank, inlet and safe hose route easy to find. Tell us if the standard hose distance may be insufficient.

Emergency Water Delivery Areas

Our regular delivery network extends broadly from Mercer through Auckland and Rodney to southern Northland. Enter your physical address online and select the urgent option so we can assess the fastest practical delivery currently available.

Reduce the Risk of Running Out Again

After the immediate problem is resolved, consider monitoring the tank rather than relying on visual estimates. TankMate and Smart Water systems can show the water level remotely and provide low-level alerts.

  • Check the tank level from your phone
  • Receive low-water notifications
  • Track changes in household water use
  • Identify unexpected water loss sooner
  • Plan a refill before seasonal demand peaks

Emergency Water Delivery FAQs

Can I get emergency water delivered today?

Same-day or urgent delivery may be available depending on your location, existing bookings, tanker and driver availability, registered-source access and safe property access. Complete the online booking and select the urgent option for the fastest realistic assessment.

What should I do if my water tank is completely empty?

Complete the online booking, select the urgent option and provide your address, tank size and access information. Reduce water use immediately, switch off equipment that must not run dry where appropriate, and follow the instructions supplied by your pump or plumbing provider. If a leak caused the shortage, arrange the repair before refilling where possible.

How much water is in a standard tanker load?

A standard residential tanker load is generally 10,000 litres. Tell us your tank capacity and remaining level before delivery. A typical 23,000-litre household tank requires more than two standard loads to fill from empty.

Is emergency delivery water suitable for drinking?

When drinking water is ordered, we transport water from registered supplies using food-grade stainless-steel tankers. The condition of the customer's tank, roof catchment, household plumbing, filters and treatment equipment remains the property owner's responsibility.

How quickly can the water tanker arrive?

Timing depends on the delivery address, traffic, road conditions, source access, existing bookings and the location of available trucks and drivers. We will provide the most realistic option available after assessing the request.

Do I need to be home for an urgent delivery?

Not always. Delivery may be possible if payment and access are arranged and you provide clear instructions for the gate, driveway, tank location and inlet. Animals must be secured and the driver must be able to complete the delivery safely.

Can you deliver to a steep or difficult driveway?

Possibly. Our fleet includes vehicles suited to different access conditions, but the driver makes the final safety decision. Send photographs and describe narrow gates, steep or soft surfaces, tight turning areas, overhead hazards and hose distance when booking.

Can businesses arrange emergency or backup water supply?

Yes. We can assess temporary and urgent supply for accommodation, hospitality, construction and other commercial operations. Businesses needing ongoing contingency supply should contact us in advance to discuss volume, access, contacts, pricing and monitoring.

Need Water Urgently?

Book online first and select the urgent option. Your address, tank level, tank size and access information will be sent directly to our team so we can assess the fastest practical option available.
